The Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning
A national center focused improving the social and emotional outcomes of young children. Evidence-based, user-friendly information is available to help early childhood educators meet the needs of children with challenging behaviors and mental health challenges. Positive Beginnings: Supporting Young Children with Challenging Behaviors
The Positive Beginning Training Modules are six on-line modules for in-service and pre-service training in the Positive Behavior Support process. They were developed jointly by Florida State University and the University of South Florida through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The modules include: Social and Communication Development, Determining the Meaning of Challenging Behavior, Positive Behavior Interventions and Support, Teaming to Build a Behavior Support Plan, Intervention in Everyday Settings, and Supporting Families.

Spanish Early Literacy Parent-Child Activity Materials
The Spanish version of Supporting Early Literacy in Natural Environments: Activities for Caregivers and Young Children has recently been updated. It includes forty-six home and community activities designed to address the three key skills of 1) language development, 2) phonological awareness, and 3) general print awareness. Stepping Stones to Literacy
The Stepping Stones to Literacy website is a resource developed by SERVE for early childhood professionals and others who are interested in literacy development in the early childhood years. It contains information designed to help users understand how literacy develops during the years from birth to kindergarten entry and how caregivers and others can support optimal development. The website contains a series of brief articles on topics related to early literacy and child development, practical ideas on how to apply the information in the classroom, and additional resources that interested users can access for more in-depth information.

Technical Assistance Center on Social Emotional Intervention for Young Children (TACSEI)
Formerly the Center for Evidence-Based Practice. TACSEI continues to promote evidence-based practices for improving the social-emotional outcomes for young children with, or at risk for, delays or disabilities. The Pyramid Model framework is used as the conceptual model to promote social-emotional competence and address challenging behavior. One product for use in the field is Teaching Tools for Young Children with Challenging Behaviors which was developed to assist teachers in developing a plan to support young children who are having challenging behaviors. Using routines and activities that typically occur in early childhood programs teachers in support plan development.
