Workgroup Members: Inclusion/Continuum of Supports

A priority area workgroup has been identified within this community of practice to function as the core and help assure that the community remains viable and active. This workgroup is responsible for identifying research and evidenced-based recommended practices, and strategies for implementation of those practices.

Specific activities of the workgroups may include:
• identify successful practices throughout the state
• identify evidenced based, recommended practices in research/literature
• identify barriers to successful implementation
• identify strategies for replicating/implementing successful and evidenced based practices
• identify national experts to support initiative and form partnerships
• identify opportunities to share information among all community members
