Documents and resources are organized according to the six TATS priority areas, and include including best practice briefs, information from national organizations, strategies, and State Technical Assistance Papers (TAP). There is specific information on school district Pre-K programs as well as other early childhood partners such as Head Start, Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK), and community child care.

Technical Assistance Papers (TAP) are produced periodically by the State of Florida, Department of Education to present discussion of current topics. The TAPs may be used for inservice sessions, technical assistance visits, parent organization meetings, or interdisciplinary discussion groups. Topics are identified by district personnel, individuals, or from program compliance monitoring.
